The data you enter in the contact form:

• your name;
• your email address;
• the work you are interested in, if you choose one;
• your message.

The form fields are needed to reply to you; without them we cannot answer your enquiry.

In addition, when you send the form a code (hash) derived from your IP address, never the IP itself, is kept for one hour, only to limit the number of messages and prevent abuse of the form. The legal basis is the owner’s legitimate interest in protecting the website against bulk messages (article 6.1.f GDPR). It is deleted after one hour. You may object to this processing by writing to info@felixmasart.com.

Like any web server, the hosting provider’s server (Riola Networks) keeps technical logs of visits, including the IP address, for the security and operation of the service; these logs are handled by the provider as data processor and kept for a limited period.

Your data is used only to answer your enquiry. No automated decisions or profiling are carried out.

Your consent (article 6.1.a GDPR), which you give by ticking the box on the form before you send it.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@felixmasart.com. Withdrawing it does not affect what was done before.

Your data is kept while your enquiry is being handled and for up to one year afterwards, and then deleted. If the enquiry leads to a purchase, the data needed is kept for the duration of the business relationship and then for the periods required by law (for example, six years for accounting and tax records); in that case the legal basis is the performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations (article 6.1.b and c GDPR).

Your data is not passed on to anyone. The only exception is the hosting provider of this website, Riola Networks, which acts as data processor.

There are no international transfers of your data.

You have the following rights:

• rectification of inaccurate data;
• erasure of your data;
• objection to the processing;
• restriction of the processing;
• portability of your data.

This website uses no analytics, advertising or third-party cookies.

The only cookie is a technical session cookie, used only on the contact page: it carries your confirmation message after you send the form and is deleted as soon as that message is shown.
